Stock plastic spring seat and the Cycle Suspension custom 6016 aluminum spring seat.  When placed on the scale you have a better made part and only 1/2 ounce difference that the factory part. 

 

This part was used instead of using an aftermarket part.  The aftermarket parts lower the bike 1.25 inches and that was to low for the customer.
